Good selection of meat for Brazilian barbecue. Good staff, too. Surprising variety of Brazilian products, and staff has always been polite and helpful.
Family owned European Portuguese / Brazilian Grocery & Butcher (Talho) with a wonderful selection of products! Great wine collection, bacalhau (cod fish), natas 😋 and world famous Delta coffee. That selection of Portuguese products in the entire Washington DC area! Great family – friendly, helpful and efficient service!
Great market! It has a lot of Brazilian food and the people are very nice! They have the real mineiro pão de queijo (Brazilian cheese bread)
Lots of great stuff. Da pra matar algumas saudades! Great choices. Good luck trying to limit yourself!
Our go to spot for picanha, grass-fed beef, and other Brazilian goodies including pao de queijo
I've been buying meats from them for decades! They always have the best meat in the DMV, their meat is Hallal style which gives it that fresh steak flavor!
Such great Brazilian snacks!!! (Expensive but worth it)
I was so excited to find a store so close to me that sells Yerba mate! Now I don't have to order online. This store has limited hours but a decent selection for its small size. They carry a handful of mate brands, along with a selection of sweet and savory treats, meats and soaps.
Picanha - my favorite product within all the great ones this store offers. Highly recommended, family owned - superior customer service!
Great place to get Portuguese wines.
Thank you for a wonderful store with delicious food! We love your selection of chorizo, wine, beans, quail eggs, meat, and snacks.
Best house made chorizo in town
Great quality of meat
A little bit of everything from Portugal and Brazil (including excellent picanha and feijoada supplies)
Wonderful people work there. Great quality meat always available. Great brazilian snacks. Taste of childhood too
Great selection of Brazilian goods. Staff is also friendly.
Great supermarket that I visit frequently. Wish they open up another location in the area. Try their natas!
Great little shop!
Found this place last month and wasn't able to visit due to the changed hours from 10-4, but I finally came in one afternoon. I about cried lol my portuguese childhood I had experienced was brought back to my head seeing all the delights I used to snack on as a kid. Lots of wine to chose from, they have pasties de note in the freezer selection, balcahlou being salted in the back by the butcher, I couldn't find wine cheese but found a different selection of Brazilian queso. I stopped and grabbed linguisa, wine and pastes de note. When I'm on the area again I will get more for sure! The customer service is good, and the store is very clean!
Best home made chorizo, yes made on premises and imported products from Spain, Portugal and South America. Love this place!
They have great variety of items and very friendly.
Great place! Definitely recommend this to everyone.
If like Brazilian and Portuguese foods, you have to go there. You can buy a lot of things.
This store has all the foods from my childhood.

Great place to find Brazilian products 🙂
I stepped over the threshold and left the DMV! I had no idea what i was doing there but I am glad I took a chance on this family owned and operated gem in Arlington! I bought a clay pot and vinegar in the cutest bottles!
They have everything!
Small place with a variety of good products and at excellent prices, the meat is fresh and of good quality.
If you are Brazilian and live in the US, you must visit this store! You will find a lot of Brazilian products there (I bought Panetone, Guaraná, Leite consendado)... it was amazing. But prepare your wallets, not because the things are expensive, it is because you are going to buy the whole store. LOL.
Mr Augusto and his son they have delicious food. I like European chocolate. Thank you portuguese community.
Good prices on the meat and very good quality. Chorizo, morcilla y molleja! For the Brazilian stuff I find it a bit expensive, but then again, I don't know any other place you can find what they have, so fair enough.
I’ve been coming here for years it has the best meat and fresh. It is the best so fresh and good

Awesome little grocery store in North Arlington. They sell a mixture of Portuguese, Spanish, and Brazilian foods. They sell all sorts of exotic fruit pulps, frozen savories, and even have giant slabs of salted cod. You can find Pichania, coxinha, kibe, quejo brasileiro, ext. Market has coffees, teas, sodas, fresh meat section, cheeses, and lunch meats!

What a cool, fun international market! A Brazilian friend mentioned this place to find picanha. It was fabulous along with some fresh chorizo. We also picked up some Portuguese salt which is fabulous. Lots of great little gems here.
Love this store! Run by a sweet Portuguese lady, this place has a great selection of Portuguese and Brazilian products (cheeses, bacalao, Superbock, canned fish, etc.). You can even get pastel de nata here! Just freeze 'em and put them in the oven to warm up. They're from a Portuguese bakery in NJ/NY.

I visit this place a lot since I work close by. I got to say the service is always fantastic and they keep the spot well kept regularly. Prices are fair and they serve sizeable portions.
Since visiting the Brazilian embassy on the open embassy day, I have been craving and searching for pao de queijo, the delicious and wonderful cheesy bread I had there. Super happy I found it here.
They really should rename this store to Brazilian grocery, not European foods -- or at least specify Brazilian in the store name. At least the outside has the Brazilian flag on the sign.
I uploaded a ton of the cheesy bread pao de queijo pictures Lol. So many varieties! Enjoy!

Nice meat selection at the butcher, picanha, pork belly, chicken hearts and other meats you don't typically find at the grocery stores. Great cheese from Minas, Brazil also.
Great variety. I have been trying to go to this place for quite a while and finally I did. With COVID schedule I had a hard time but made it. its a very popular place, there was a line to go in as they abide by the city's guidelines. It's great to be able to find so many things from back home. The owners are helpful and pleasant. I really like that they have a butcher shop right there. This place is gonna become a staple in my grocery-life.
Very nice place!
Good place and meat are really fresh.
Great meat selection for your weekend churrasco! Wonderful frozen appetizers for a gathering (Kibes and Bolinhos) and good refreshments and wines selection. Friendly staff, clean.
I love this little store. It's my go-to to find foods and coffee from home. Friendly people and reasonable prices. Keep up the good work!
A small market with most of the staple groceries from Brazil, as well as a handful of items from Portugal and other Latin American countries.
For example, we stopped there today to buy some frozen pão de queijo (Forno de Minas), goiabada (Predilecta), margarina (Qualy), requeijão (Catupiry), and cream crackers (Piraquê).
We've also found refrigerated premade wrappers for pasteis, frozen salgadinhos, Nescau, Farinha Lactea, Pilão, etc.
Their stock fluctuates throughout the year and more popular brands often sell out. Their Brazilian grocery options are also far smaller compared to other stores like By Brazil up in Wheaton.
For example: By Brazil typically stocks a few rows deep worth of Piraquê crackers, including Água Gergelim and Água e Sal. Here you'll be lucky to score even a few packages of the standard cream crackers.
There's also what appears to be a bread case plastered with stickers for the famed Teixeira's Bakery out of Newark, but a smattering of random bags and tools inside instead. If you're craving the pão francês/pãozinho you can find at some of the Brazilian shops in Maryland, you're out of luck.
But if you live in Northern Virginia and can't spare the roadtrip up to Maryland, or are looking for a heartier alternative to the Brazi Bites at Whole Foods/Costco, this store can serve as a stopgap.
